Follow the steps below-
1. Download Mobile Uncle Tools from Google
Playstore
2. Grant root access
3. Locate Engineering Mode (MTK)
4. Locate Hardware Testing
5. Select Audio Now to increase headphone,
select and increase max vol 0~160...
Increase to 160
6. Apply the same settings to Loudspeaker
Mode
