How To Make MTN's Whatsapp Data Bundle Work On A Blackberry Device

I discovered this when I tweaked the imei of
my Android into that of a Blackberry device
that when I tried to subscribe to the
Whatsapp data plan, MTN paid no attention to
me and they didn't even reply my service
messages.
Just then, I recalled that a friend of mine who
was a BB user complained the past week
that she couldn't get on the data plan.
Ding Dong!!! I got the brain wave, it was my
imei working against me as BB users were
excluded probably from usage of the plan...
Then I made it work, follow the steps below
and you'll enjoy the Whatsapp data plan even
as a BB user:
1. Remove your sim card and insert it in a
non-blackberry device.
2. Make sure you have the required amount
of airtime, send WAM to 131 (Monthly).
3. You'll receive a message, confirming that
you're in for the plan.
4. Remove your sim card once more, put it
back in your BB.
That's it, you can now use it there.
